Terms & Conditions

End of Lease & Move Out Cleaning Services

1. Services Provided

Claremont provides premium End of Lease and Move-Out Cleaning services in line with industry best practices and the specific requirements of Sydney’s top agents and landlords.

Our services are delivered in accordance with the selected package (Standard, Premium, Concierge, or Custom), as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Any additional services requested outside of the original booking scope may be subject to an additional fee.

2. Bond-Back Guarantee

Claremont offers a Bond-Back Guarantee on all End of Lease cleans: If your agent or landlord requests any additional cleaning detailed in our original scope of work, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, provided we are notified within 5 business days of the original clean date.

The guarantee does not cover issues related to:

  • Property damage

  • Pre-existing wear and tear

  • Areas not included in the original clean scope

  • Requests made after the 5 day notification period

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking.

We accept payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that moving dates can sometimes change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund provided.

  • 3 to 7 days’ notice: 50% refund provided.

  • Less than 3 days’ notice or no-show: No refund provided.

If you need to reschedule your booking:

  • We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

  • If rescheduled with more than 3 days’ notice → no additional charge.

  • If rescheduled with less than 3 days’ notice → a rebooking fee of $150 applies.

5. Access Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Clear access to the property at the agreed time.

  • Electricity and running water are connected at the time of cleaning. If our team cannot commence cleaning due to access issues, a $150 call-out fee will apply.

6. Property Condition

Our pricing is based on the property being in a standard condition for End of Lease cleaning.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing or decline service if the property is found to be in excessively poor condition upon arrival (e.g. extreme filth, pest infestations, hazardous materials).

7. Limitation of Liability

Claremont is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to the property

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items or surfaces requiring specialist treatment (unless specifically included in your Custom Package)

Clients are advised to inform us in advance of any surfaces requiring special care.

8. Agreement to Terms

By confirming your booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
